On to the review!

Overall Opinion:
This product is pretty crazy... and by crazy I mean crazy good! I was surprised how good this lotion worked because the texture isn't very thick and it's a bit watery.
Usually lotion is heavy, greasy, smelly, and a bit too thick. This lotion literally felt like silk. The other bonus? No scent! The major claim to this lotion is that the formula protects your skin from harsh irritants and chemicals while locking in your skin's natural moisture. Well it certainly does....
My fiancee has terribly dry skin on his legs in the winter months. We live in Los Angeles and while it doesn't get wicked cold here, it does get very dry (hello, we live in a desert!) and he scratches so often and badly that he often times breaks the skin. I had him try this on his legs and it worked like a magic charm. I couldn't believe it! If you knew how many bottles of lotion we have under the bathroom sink, trying to find the perfect one that would hydrate and keep the moisture locked into his skin, we could fill a bathtub.
I used this all over my body: legs, feet, arms, hands, torso and face. Each time I used it on my face, I woke up the next day with a little pimple on my face. This happened for 3 days in a row every time I had used the shielding lotion on my face, so I stopped. I have sensitive skin and I think my pores just don't like this as a moisturizer for me personally. It's ok because I didn't realize that my fiancee now uses it as his facial moisturizer and aftershave! Who knew!? This lotion worked amazingly everywhere else on my body, especially my feet. After less than 2 weeks, I no longer have dry skin on my elbows, knees or feet. Amazing? OMG yes!
Skin MD Natural is also dermatologist-recommended, 90% natural, hypo-allergenic, and free of harmful fragrances. Small world story: my dermatologist is Dr. Lisa Benest and she is in their brochure backing this product!! I almost died when I saw that because you see doctors backing products all the time and I always wondered if they were real to be honest. Haha! Well, she IS real and she most certainly supports this product 100%. How's that for dermatologist-recommended? :-)
