My Thoughts:
The strength of the Flexi-Clips are what's first apparent when you hold them and go to put them in. I am really impressed with that first and foremost. They are well made and very strong which translates to longevity, making the price point on these more than reasonable. What makes these so strong is that the pin is cast in Zinc, which is used to make screws bolts and other common household items you may find around your home. ;)
It's never been easier to do my hair, especially a french twist! I don't need a billion bobby pins and a lot of time to do one now - it only takes one medium sized clip and I'm out the door with a classy, elegant hair style. When I want to wear a pony tail or half up style, I can wear something cute instead of a hair twist or barrett. (PS - my husband loves these and prefers them to the items I just listed. He thinks they're really cool and is a big fan. Ha!) Another bonus is that the pin is attached so you'll never risk losing it. Booyah!

The medium clip works really well for my thick hair and it feels nice and tight when I wear my hair up in a french twist or back in a pony tail. I took a nap wearing the medium clip with a french twist and it didn't budge. O.o That was pretty impressive to me. It wasn't bulky or uncomfortable and laid pretty flat. I've tried using the small clip with a pony tail and it only works if my hair has been straightened (my hair is too thick otherwise), which is why it's great to have a variety of these on hand. I like to wear my hair curly and straight so having options with the clips is nice. When my hair is curly, the small clip works with the half up hair style, however when it's straight, the extra small clip would be needed as I need texture (read: curls) for the small size to work.
Shopping on the website is easy peasy. Once you know which size you need based on your hair type (after watching the quick sizing video, here below), you can shop by clip size. My only complaint is that there isn't a ton of variety with the styles. When you go to each section, it has mostly the same styles, just different sizes, with a only a few varieties. I'd like to see a wider selection.
Putting the clips in has a slight learning curve -- for me at least! I was a little fumbly at first but now I'm a pro. ;) It takes some getting used to sliding the pin in (I kept missing getting it in) as you need to pop it into the clip/decoration part. The pin kept getting twisting in the opposite direction and I would have to take the whole thing out and start over. It could be user error or the fact that I have long nails. :p
I strongly recommend watching the quick "The Sizing Video" (See Below) before ordering as it shows you every clip (there are 7 sizes to choose from and they will work with any hair type!) including sizes from extra small to extra large and they even have a mega clip for people with very, very long hair. It is so important to have the correct size so you're 100% satisfied with your clip. However, if by chance you do order the wrong size, Lilla Rose will gladly exchange your flexi-clip within 90 days. :D There is also a one-year guarantee on defective items. I can't speak to the customer service because I didn't need to call or use them but signing up and creating an account took less than 60 seconds and my clips arrived in about 1 day - I ordered them on a Tuesday and they arrived on a Thursday.

Betty Says: You can't go wrong with these because the clips are so versatile. If you have short hair, there's plenty of options for you too. These are quite affordable and I recommend picking up at least a couple in different sizes so you have plenty of options. You can't go wrong!
