My Thoughts:

Urban Decay is not giving these enough credit -- I suggest they can be used as 3-in-1! These universal pencils can be used as a base, eye liner or an all over shadow color. They dry down in about 30 seconds and are nice and creamy making them easy to blend. Since they dry down quickly, I strongly suggest doing one eye at a time or one color at at time if you plan on using several of these for one look so you can blend them well. ;)


If you're familiar with their 24/7 eye liners (and who isn't!?), then you'll fall in love with these. I really like these because of how easy they are to wear, use and how long lasting they are. Also, I find that these are more pigmented than the eye liners. Gasp! True story.


I wore these for 10+ hours and it looked just as good as though it were freshly applied. The "stash size" is perfect for travel or keeping in your purse. You won't need to touch up but if you're the person who does their makeup in the car, on the train/bus or at work, these are the perfect size to toss in your makeup bag.
