I have been using this since I received it in my My Glam Bag back in January, so when I got another (deluxe size) one with the Spring Beauty Vox Box from Influenster I was overjoyed! I wish this was more easily available to purchase in department or drug stores, (that is my only complaint!), so that's why I was so very happy to get another one in my shade! *does a happy dance* I'm an NC20 and the Light/Medium shade is perfect for me.
This concealer gives great coverage without feeling heavy or looking cakey. Easy to blend, creamy without creasing, dries to a shine free finish and it's a very build-able concealer and is great for the under eye area. This rivals my Eve Pearl Duo Salmon Concealer! There, I said it.
I usually apply this after putting some primer under my eyes (for fine lines and to help prevent creasing) and before my foundation. This can be used on blemishes as well. You can blend both shades together to mix and match and get your perfect shade!

ReplyDeleteI got one of these from MyGlam as well. Unfortunately, I really really don't like either shade, light or medium. I find them both too orange-ish in tone for me. I also find the texture of the product far too oily, which results in creasing on my under eye area, even when set with powder. The other problem I've found with this concealer is the fact that it transfers onto anything & everything, even after I set it. If I happen to use this on the side of my face to cover up a blemish, I'll later find it smeared on my cell phone after I've used it. Nasty.
ReplyDeleteWhat a waste. I swatched it & used it twice, so I can't even give it away now. Super disappointed with this concealer. Probably the worst one I own.
what is your skin tone/shade? are you really fair? i'm surprised to hear you found them orange! it's too bad they didn't work for you. :( what concealer do you use? i use benefit powderflage to set and it's the best one now matter what concealer i use.
