Philosophy Take a Deep Breath Oil-Free Energizing Oxygen Gel Moisturizer Sample Size (Retail $34.00US for 2 oz.): This IS like a breath of fresh air! My face feels "cool" and fresh after I used this. I have only tried it once so I am going to wait until I use it for the week to give it a yay or nay so stay tuned for a follow up review. I'm curious to see how it compares to my Purity wash!

Living Proof No Frizz Styling Cream Deluxe Size (Retail $26.00US for 4oz.): I haven't tried this yet but I'm excited to because it is silicone and oil free, which is great because those ingredients can weigh your weigh down and actually exacerbate frizz!

NYX Round Lipstick in Vitamin Swatch on NC20 Skin

NYX Round Lipstick in Vitamin FULL SIZE (Retail $4.00US): It's like they hand picked this color just for me! I absolutely love it. It's a perfect summer shade and compliments my NC20 skin very nicely. The color is pigmented and delivers a great even coverage however it's not thick and like a normal lipstick -- it's more on the sheer side. It doesn't feel heavy and again, I find that perfect for summer wear. This is also quite like they say it is. It's not "long lasting" as promised as it starts to fade after about an hour and a half of wear. I wasn't surprised given it's lightweight formula and sheer application. It's a terrific lipstick and I highly recommend! For $4 bucks, I have no problem reapplying this over and over if I have to. ;)

Marbella Permanent Eyeliner Pen FULL SIZE (Retail $19.00): I have SO MUCH to say about this eyeliner. LOL Firstly, it applies like a dream!! Wow. The felt tip is soft and gentle and doesn't tug on the eye. It glides across your eye and gives you so much control it's awesome. It's a very pigmented true black as well that doesn't need a second go over to get it darker, one and done.

This is marketed as a semi-permanent eyeliner that can be worn up to seven days. SEVEN. DAYS. Here's what they say: 

Smudge-proof color, waterproof formula won't smear, smudge or fade for more than 24 hours.

Marbella Semi Permanent Cosmetics offers The best eyeliner ever! This felt-pen eyeliner lasts longer than any other liner - pen, gel, cream, pencil, powder and it lasts flawlessly. No smudging, cracking, smearing. It stays on precisely where you put it until you are ready to take it off!. If you use rich eye creams, have oily eyelids, live in a humid climate, party, work out or rub your eyes often and so forth, this pen is ideally for you. Effects are perfect, doesn't look so bold as a liquid liner; it actually looks softer, like pencil but your eyes will look dramatically stunning! Leave to dry for at least 40 to 60 seconds before touching or applying further coats.

Marbella Permanent Eyeliner Pen - 10 minutes after application, I ran water over the swatches for 30 seconds. The product almost immediately broke down and ran off with the water.

So, I applied this to my upper lash line and moved on. I got something in my eye and when I rubbed it, that's when the trouble started. It immediately smudged... all over the place! I was shocked. And pissed because I wasn't expecting that from an eyeliner pen that said "permanent" on it. Then my eye began to water and it was all downhill from there. The water from my eye broke this product down so fast and made it run down my face. I looked like a crazy person. The above swatches tell the whole story!  After the drama settled down, I tried to put some black shadow on top of the eye liner to try and fix it and it made it worse! It moved, smudged some more and just made a huge mess. All I used was powder!!! This is just plain sad and BAD for a product that claims to not do any of this, says it's permanent and costs $19.00. I like it for application ease and pigmentation but god forbid I get something in my eye or it starts to mist out... I'll melt!
