As you may or may not be aware, Tuesday night all of the videos on my YouTube Channel were deleted. 62 in total. I have been working like crazy to start uploading them ALL again starting with the newest videos first and working my way backward, while still trying to edit and get some new content up at the same time.
This is quite an undertaking and is a ton of work because I have to input all the information again, link it back to my blog, go back and fix the links in each individual blog post; not to mention how long it takes (hours!!) to export and upload HD videos from iMovie to YouTube.
After many hours of tears and coming out of shock, I'm trying to look at this as positively as I can. Please be patient and understanding if new content isn't coming out daily per usual, as my computer will be plugging away trying to upload most of the videos I've lost.
I have a new Spring Look uploading now (if you follow me on Twitter I posted a sneak peek) and I've got four new videos in the can that need to be edited and uploaded, I just don't know when I'll get to them. It will be as soon as I possibly can, I promise.
Please hang in there with me! I really need the support now. I'm so upset over losing everything, words cannot even tell you... Having a blog and YouTube Channel isn't my full time job, so I'm doing what I can and working as quickly as YouTube will allow (which is forever, ugh!).

ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear that, what a nightmare. Fingers crossed it all stays put this time, don't worry about getting loads of new stuff up too, just take you time and sort your channel out hun :)

thanks for your understanding. it looks like i still lost some subs in the process. :( i have people who sub to my YT channel but not my blog and maybe they saw the channel empty and thought that i'd left or something? *sigh* nothing i can do, i guess! no matter because i'm going to keep working and putting out great content for my amazing subbies like you!
