Isn't this a fantastic kit!?? This is the 5-piece Try Me Kit from Tarte and is a great introduction to their Amazonian Clay products. Four of the items are deluxe size samples and the fifth item is a FULL SIZE product. Woot! Finally, Sephora has an awesome Beauty Insider 500 point perk! I say 'finally' because most of the time, the 500 point perks aren't that great and it seems like the 100 point perks are better.Let's check this baby out!
This 5-piece kit came wrapped inside purple tissue paper. It is so pretty! The powder was individually wrapped in a styrofoam sleeve so as to protect it from breaking.

This was a full size product!! Wow! This is a great lip product from Tarte that I already own a few of! It moisturizes and feels light as air on the lips. This color is only available for sale on Tarte's website.
Smooth Operator Micronized Clay Finishing Powder Deluxe Sample - 0.07oz (Retail $28US 0.32oz)
I don't need another powder but this could be amazing and the holy grail of finishing powders. LOL I'll let ya know... ;)
Mineral Powder Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess Deluxe Sample - 0.11oz (Retail $29US 0.32oz)
This is a light yellow golden bronzer with a matte finish. Gorgeous!
ReCreate Silicone-Free Primer Deluxe Sample - 0.3fl oz (Retail $32US 1oz)
Again, I don't need another primer but this could be better than ones I use personally and have in my kit. I'm always excited to try new products like this because it could make me a convert!
EmphasEYES High Definition Inner Rim Eye Liner in Black Deluxe Sample - 0.001oz (Retail $18US 0.002 oz)
This is an interesting concept but a totally unnecessary one, unfortunately. The color is more of a gray black and glided fine along the waterline. When you apply it to the waterline it applies a little streaky and the pigmentation of the color doesn't transfer very well, so you have to spend some time building up the density. Work quickly though because once it dries, it is set! And if you try to put more over it and build up the color, it will streak. This is absolutely waterproof (my eye started to water a bit when applying and it beaded up over the product) and the only good thing I have to say about this product. The staying power isn't great either. I got about 2 hours of wear before it was gone. I'm going to see how it does for eyebrows though! I bet it would be killer.
